What we collect
- Your name, email address and a contact number, and whether that number is for calls or WhatsApp. That's all we store about you as a person.
- What you tell us about your trip: dates, how many are travelling and children's ages, budget, interests and your messages.
- Your bookings and payments: your quotes and bookings, the invoices we send and the payments we record. We never take card details on this website.
- A review, if you choose to leave one after your trip.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and send you quotes.
- To book your trip with the properties and operators, and send you your confirmation, trip page, invoices and receipts.
- To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
- To ask for a review once your trip has ended. We don't send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
- The properties and operators you book. They need the lead guest's name, the dates and the group to hold your booking.
- The services that run this website and send our email, only so they can do that.
- Tax authorities, when the law requires it.
We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.
If you leave a review and we publish it, it shows your first name, the first letter of your last name, and what you wrote.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries that don't become bookings for as long as they're useful for planning your trip, and delete them if you ask. We keep bookings, invoices and payments for as long as tax law requires.
This website
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or follow you across other sites. Your quote, trip page, invoices and receipts are at private links that search engines don't index.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete what the law doesn't require us to keep. Message us and we'll do it.
